Andrew Dructor is a partner at Yarussi + Dructor and generally handles family law matters. Mr. Dructor was born and raised in the Harrisburg/Hershey region and attended college at the University of Pittsburgh before heading north to Albany Law School. Mr. Dructor has been an attorney since 2011 when he passed the New York State Bar Examination, although he has never practiced in the state of New York. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Dructor passed the Pennsylvania Bar Examination and then discovered the wild and wonderful world of oil and gas law which eventually led to drafting legal opinions concerning the ownership of oil and gas rights. Then Mr. Dructor shifted gears to family law and joined Mr. Yarussi in 2021.
When the topic of Family Law comes up everyone thinks of the obvious. – Custody, Divorce and Child Support/Spousal Support. But family law stretches much further and impacts our lives in many other ways such as Last Will and Testaments, Living Wills – Healthcare proxies, Deeds, contracts in the case of assisted reproduction and termination of parental rights and adoptions.
